How a film gets cut
Post is an ordered pipeline. You cannot grade what is not locked, and you cannot lock what has not been selected. This is the sequence, with the clips sized the way the work is actually sized.

Manthan cuts out of Delhi, and travels for the shoots that need it. Reels of every kind, wedding teasers and full films, brand cutdowns and fashion edits.
Most of the work arrives from other people's cameras. Shooters send drives, and what comes back is a cut, a grade, a mix and the vertical versions, in the shape the couple or the brand can actually use. Nothing gets handed over needing one more pass.
The bias in every one of these films is toward taking things out. A wedding is long, and almost none of it is a film. The job is finding the eight minutes that are.
